At Oaks Construction Management, we take a strategic approach to developing an overall project programme that considers; the project budget, owner needs, and the most efficient means of sequencing based on previous and similar completed projects.  Through our experience and presence in a multitude of markets, we are able to analyze the means, methods, and materials in such a way that allows us to be proactive in avoiding potential delays. Aamir Saleem, our project manager, along with Site Manager Brandon Everson will work together to put together a thorough and aggressive schedule during preconstruction.  Once construction begins, the schedule will be updated weekly by Aamir with collaborative input from Brandon. 

 

We believe that the best way to adhere to the project schedule is to effectively communicate between all involved parties of the project. To do so, we utilize the best technologies available for our industry. When developing the project, we use Primavera P6 and also Vico software. We feel strongly that these programs are the most effective in communicating the schedule, progress, and any changes to sequencing due to owner needs or unforeseen circumstances. We also provide our field personnel with tablets. This enables them to do things such as; send real time progress updates, access RFIs and ASIs on digital drawings, and many others all within an instant.  Between our scheduling strategy and open line of communication, we know that we will deliver the best quality project in the quickest amount of time.
