Upon completion of your project we will issue both hard and soft copies of all product data and manuals for the systems in your new high performance space. We will turn over an iPad to you that utilizes all materials that were stored and organized in our cloud based document control system throughout construction.  We will be able to walk you through a virtual model of your building and teach you to navigate through it quickly to find exactly what you need.  All of the major systems in the building will be hyperlinked to the corresponding system manuals and product data. 

 

We take all of the guess work out of how to find exactly what you need to know to keep your building running smoothly.  After we teach you how to run your building we don’t walk away, but we are always here for you and are happy to answer any questions or assist you in any way possible.  We stand behind our buildings 100%.  If there is ever a problem that arises after the turn over your new building the only thing you have to do is contact your Superintendent and he will make it his first priority to tend to your needs.
