Aamir Saleem
Aamir graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 1994 from Birmingham City University. He received his Masters in Business Administration after two years with Oaks Construction, and after achieving this milesonte, he worked his way up to Project Manager at an impressive rate. He has worked with the company for 19 years and has contributed to it's growth in the commercial area and helped open new markets such as the interiors division for Oaks.
Aamir focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with his clients and makes it a point to tend to each specific client’s needs. He continually supports and enforces the team-based philosophy that Oaks Construction has believed in since their beginning and is a huge team member on any project that he is in charge of.

Building Information
Modeling Coordinator
Yaneet Patel
Yaneet has over thirteen years of experience working in the field of Building Information Modeling in the construction industry, and has been with Oaks Construction for the last six years. Throughout his career, Yaneet has been afforded the opportunity to utilize BIM coordination during each phase of construction including, but not limited to, clash detection and avoidance, increasing collaboration between trades, creating 3D visuals for a multitude of construction applications, providing detailed documentation/shop drawings that include wall elevations, sections and plan views, and other customized BIM services over a wide spectrum of projects ranging from commercial office buildings to medical facilities to government projects. This has given him extensive knowledge of incorporating Building Information Modeling techniques in a wide variety of markets and sectors.
Working primarily in the Birmingham, West Midlands area, Yaneet has created lasting relationships with the best subcontractors and vendors in the area making his ability to locate the best prices and people suited to making each of his projects successful. His experience and knowledge will be a great benefit to the team in order to create an accurate project visualization that meets all of your project needs.

Site Manager
Brandon Everson
After his graduation from Auburn University, Brandon entered the industry as a Project Engineer for an international general contractor where he worked his way up the ranks to project site manager. In 2001, he joined Oaks Construction Management as an Assistant Site Manager and has excelled throughout his career with us. Brandon was the first Oaks Site Manager to earn the accreditation of LEED, AP. In 2007, he earned the title of Senior Site Manager and currently oversees a substantial portion of our largest projects but specializes in the coordination of our renovation and specialties projects. Brandon has been an integral part of our team and has a continual track record of delivering excellence on a job site.

Financial Manager
Sandip Patel
Sandip has built a career around managing and delivering successful construction projects. He has been with Oaks for his entire construction career and has built a reputaion for being a top Financial Manager in the Oaks adaptive reuse and restoration divisions. His background includes multiple renovation projects including the total renovation of Bretby Hall.
Sandip's latest renovation project was the Royal Exchange Theatre. The Royal Exchange Theatre presented a unique challenge but was a great success due to the proper financial recording and encouraged open book collaboration ideals that Sandip encourages on each of his projects.
Sandip has worked extensively with Site Manager Brandon Everson and has developed a working relationship that rivals any in the industry. They are one of the leading teams that insists on implementing the latest technology into their jobsites to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentaiton. His clients have all been satisfied with his performance and attention to details because Sandip is very familiar with renovation and restoration construction and has completed a large amount of complex antiquity projets. He has recieved many positive post-project evaluations and is highly recommended by past clients.

Manager
Oliver Rogers
Oliver Rogers is a Quality Control Manager at Oaks Construction that has been with Oaks since 2004. He was originally hired as an Assistant Project Manager, and over his near 10 years with Oaks has proven himself invaluable in planning and coordinating multiple projects. Originally he was hired as an Assistant Project Manager and after a short two years of excellence and superior project planning assistance, he was given the opportunity to lead his own team and has continually gone above and beyond in handling each customer’s project planning and quality control needs. His team holds a strong belief in the importance of owner/contractor collaboration, and through the years they have grown many of these great working relationships with owners and contractors throughout the West Midlands area.
His mission with every project is to provide a strong foothold for our project managers and site managers to build off of by paying close attention to upfront planning, design review, constructability analysis, and cost estimating to ensure that the quality expected by each projects owner is met to their exact specifications.

MEP Coordinator
Brandon Landtroop
Brandon Landtroop has built a career around coordinating various types of MEP work on numerous projects over the past 20 years, ten of which have been with Oaks Construction. With a die hard work ethic and desire to succeed, Brandon quickly secured his position as Senior MEP Coordinator. Since then, Brandon has undertaken some of Oaks Construction’s largest and most difficult projects and has proven to be a major asset on every Oaks job he has been a part of. His driven personality causes him to oversee and manage the installation, testing and balancing, and required inspections of numerous types of MEP systems for Oaks Construction. He is renowned for being one of the biggest experts on geothermal mechanical systems in the United States. Brandon will be active onsite and has an excellent history of completing projects with BIM Coordinator, Yaneet Patel.
