Our open communication between our management team and our field staff allows for us to have a strong bond on site which ensures that all parties are aware of what is happening in the office and on the site. We believe that relationships are not only beneficial to create and maintain with the owner but every person on site. 

 

Every member of our team takes pride in the projects to which they contribute and which reflects directly on their work ensuring that costs are minimized and quality is not compromised.  Our Project Manager will assist the Site Manager in monitoring all job costs on a daily basis. We also update our cost log constantly to ensure that we know exactly how much of your money has been spent. 

 

Here at Oaks, we have a strict open book policy that allows our clients to have instant access to all of the records that we have of our expenditures to date.  At all times you can see exactly where all of your money is going.  Oaks Construction Management has estimated and built-out numerous large and complex renovation throughout the years and have always exceeded all of our client’s expectations.
